That sounds obvious until something goes wrong in January. A lot of hearth equipment gets sold by one company, installed by a second, and then serviced by nobody at all. We do all three, which is the only way we know to stand behind what is on our floor.
- We measure the space and check the venting before anything is ordered
- Our own installers do the work and haul the packaging out with them
- Cleaning, parts and repairs handled here, on equipment we know
- If a stove is wrong for your house, we will tell you before you buy it
